Below
is the marketing info for the combined Base Stats and Trendz reports.
My
marketing visits, scheduled for March to May 2002 are intended to allow
sufficient time to inform Council management and staff of the 2002/2003
"Base Stats with Trendz" marketing package.
Many,
(over 30) district and City Councils have since 1996 subscribed to the
Base Stats reports now supplemented with Trendz, but I believe much
could be added to the value of the reports with the additional analysis
and special reporting included in the package.
I
have detailed for your information (below) the keenly priced "package
deal" and I will soon be spending around 45 minutes with all Councils
and their staff, time enough to explain the particulars more fully.
I
will be contacting all Councils shortly to make arrangements to call
and present.

2002/2003 Base Stats with Trendz package.
The
package deal is intended to gain for the parties, mutual advantages
of a medium term commitment to the supply of performance and performance
improvement data tailored to Council needs.
In
addition to the data reported in the standard reports, the package has
the following features:
The
package for the three years- 2002 to 2004 will consist of the following,
(all prices quoted are at full suggested market price excluding GST)..Note
the "Package" pricing (below) is substantially less than these
prices..
The
total cost of these reports and services as quoted above is $5850.
