The mounting proposed levels of unsustainable Council debt and the continued blowouts of its operating and capital expenditures must be addressed.

PENLINK Project
The immediate concern is to "draw the line" on this project at a time when the previous CEO is departing, in the hope that answers will be obtained now. The salutary lessons learned should also give a lead to the new management and elected members concerning projects, plans, or other "adventures" that may be either mooted or are already in the pipeline.

Rodney District's debt is manageable….'Yeah Right'
